Notaries are not responsible for the content, terms, or legal validity or accuracy of the documents we notarize.
Signers are responsible for the document(s) presented to Notary.
At all times we will maintain impartiality, we will have no personal or financial interest in the document being notarized.
Be sure to have the proper Identification available at your appointment.
Acceptable forms of ID are:
VALID, unexpired photo IDs such as a U.S. state-issued driver's license or identification card, a U.S. passport, or a U.S. military ID. Mexico and Canada also issue acceptable driver's licenses and ID cards. A foreign passport with a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services can also be used.
